You will see a new perspective on Gloucester Docks as Tony imagines that he worked as a dock policeman and takes you through his retirement album of dock photos from the Victorian age and the stories behind them, the people and the events of over 60 years of the working port.

Tony Conder came to Gloucester to open the National Waterways Museum in the Docks having previously worked for British Waterways as their museum Curator. Now retired he researches and gives talks to local groups and volunteers with Gloucester Civic Trust.
This is an online event. Any member who has a computer, tablet or smart phone, will be able to join in using Zoom via a link that we will send you. You will not need a Zoom account. You can see some background on Zoom meetings.
