Our arrangements for managing members subscriptions changed in October 2024. The purchase of memberships via the GFHS online shop has been replaced with payment of annual subscriptions via a specialised membership management system. This means that since 1 October 2024 anyone wishing to join the Society has done so through the new system; and existing members will be able to renew their membership each year  through the new system.

Why have we made the change?

The previous arrangements were proving complex for our volunteers as they depended on software that assumed members would interact with the Society entirely online.

The dedicated management system “Membermojo” is simpler for members to operate (for example you do not need a password) and provides better tools for our Membership Secretary to manage members’ subscriptions and to communicate with groups of members.
