a) Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting held on 25th September 2025 (Minutes of the 2025 AGM appear in the Summer 2026 Journal).
b) Matters arising from the Minutes of 25th September 2025 must be submitted in writing or by email to the Secretary not less than 14 days prior to 24th September 2026. - Chair’s Report: Mia Bennett
The Chair’s report for 2025-2026 will be available at the meeting and on the Society’s website. - Treasurer’s Report: Elaine Schollar
The Treasurer’s report for 2025-2026 will be available at the meeting. The Final Accounts will be on the Society’s website and will be available from the Treasurer on request. - Approval of Gloucestershire Family History Society Constitution
The updated Constitution will be available prior to the meeting on the Society’s website, in the Family History Centre, or, on request, by sending a SAE to Gloucestershire FHS, Heritage Hub, Clarence Row, Alvin Street, Gloucester GL1 3AH. Any questions should be submitted in writing or by email to the Secretary not less than 14 days prior to 24th September 2026. - Election of Officers for 2026-2027
Nominations are invited for positions as Officers for the forthcoming year. Proposals for all Officer posts, properly seconded, must be submitted in writing or by email to the Secretary not less than 14 days prior to 24th September 2026. - Election of Trustees (Committee) for 2026-2027
Nominations are invited for positions as Trustees (or Committee members if new Constitution is not approved under Item 6) for the forthcoming year. Proposals for all Trustees (or Committee members), properly seconded, must be submitted in writing or by email to the Secretary not less than 14 days prior to 24th September 2026. - Appointment of Independent Examiner.
