This Electoral Roll covers Cheltenham, Cirencester and Thornbury and was in force between 15 October 1931 and 14 October 1932. By 1931 all men and women over the age of 21 were eligible to vote and it was potentially possible to vote twice, at this time, if the elector met more than one of the eligibility criteria. Eligibility could be through a business premises or occupation, as well as a personal residence, qualification.
