A recent addition to our shop is Richard Auckland’s new book, ‘A Home from Home – The Story of Barnwood House Hospital’.

The hospital employed a range of people throughout its existence, including those from the medical and nursing professions; clerical, administrative and domestic staff; as well as general labourers and maintenance workers.
