Q : Can I buy several Downloads in the same transaction ?
A : Yes, click the “Add to cart button” for each Download required.

Delivery of Goods

Q : When will my goods be despatched ?
A : Our team of volunteers fulfil orders and despatch the goods on Thursdays.

Q : Which Carrier do you use ?
A : We use  Royal Mail “UK Standard” for deliveries in the UK and Royal Mail “International Standard” for deliveries overseas.

Q : Why is my Shipping Price given as £999 ?
A : The carrier Royal Mail doesn’t quote for parcels over 2kgs. If the weight of your order comes to more than 2kgs the Shipping Price will be given as £999. Please contact Treasurer@gfhs.org.uk for a quotation.

Downloads

Q : How are Downloads provided ?
A : The transcriptions are stored as PDF files. When you have paid for your Download you will be sent an eMail receipt containing a link. Clicking on a link in the eMail will start the Download process.

Q : I didn’t receive an eMail Receipt ?
A1 : The Receipt was sent to the eMail given in the Shopping Cart. If there was an error in this eMail Address then the Receipt would be sent to an incorrect eMail. Contact our Webmaster who will help.
A2 : Please check your “Spam/Junk” folder.

Q : The Download doesn’t seem to work ?
A : Many of the files are quite large (~14MB) and takes time to download (subject to Broadband speed). Be patient and allow the download to finish.

Q : What happens if something goes wrong during the Download process ?
A : Try it again. The system allows you 10 attempts to download the file.

Q : I have tried to Download several times but with no success ?
A : Send an eMail to our Webmaster who will help.
